The journal table UI has been rewritten.
The new navigation sidebar is now working.
The new utility for dumping docs.gz files is now complete. Here's the docs. (Naji)
There is now also a utility for dumping just the journal entries. (Naji)
Validate and the dump utilities now inhibit file proxy synchronization.
Refactored the display for users and user groups.
Tag line editing, file proxy creation and user group creation are now separate views.
The sidebar is now extensible via a method on ParentRoot which returns a list of views.
Validate and dump utilities are now read-only (Naji).
An additional parameter has been added for tuning b-trees (Naji).
This release includes change sets 3967 through 4025.
