Moved locks from rolon and view jsp files to the ControllerServlet.
Fixed locking order and a potential problem with file proxy synchronization; Rolon and view .jsp files are now run within a transactional context.
The new tagline helper jsp is now complete and deployed.
A facility has been added for limiting the size of a database through the use of multiple files. (Naji)
The shared directory page has been refactored. No big changes, just moving all the HTML into the .jsp file.
Tag line displays are now sanitized against XSS attacks. Note that this only applies to page headers and new tables, conversion of old tables being the current project.
Pagination has been added to the new tables.
Includes change sets 3939 through 3966.
