The journal table UI has been rewritten. The new navigation sidebar is now working. The new utility for dumping docs.gz files is now complete. Here's the docs. Moved locks from rolon and view jsp files to the ControllerServlet. Fixed locking order and a potential problem with file proxy synchronization; Rolon and view .jsp files are now run within a transactional context.
